Meet Our Centre Director!
Meet Melissa, our dedicated Centre Director at Outback Kids Child Care Centre. With 25 years of experience in early years education, teaching and leadership roles, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her extensive background includes working with international curriculums, ensuring a diverse and enriching learning environment for all children.
Melissa is also on the verge of completing her postgraduate studies in early years education this June, further solidifying her commitment to excellence in child care. Having been with Outback Kids for six years, including five years in management, Melissa's leadership inspires and shapes the exceptional care we provide at Outback Kids Mildura.

Sharon and Greg Nelson, the visionary leaders of our centre, have nearly three decades of experience in childcare, having founded their first centre in 1993.
